Meet my friend Amanda (or as I know her – Mandee). We meet … hmmmm … SEVERAL years ago at Texas Tech University. We were sorority sisters and friends throughout college then as most people do - we drifted apart after graduation. About 5 years ago we reconnected and I discovered that she had launched this ‘little jewelry company‘. Well that ‘little company’ has become a BIG name here in Dallas as well as throughout the rest of the country. Amanda Sterett jewelry is stylish, unique, handcrafted and just perfect. I have more of her pieces than I’d like to admit – I simply love everything that comes out of her design studio (in fact the earrings on my ABOUT page are Amanda Sterett) Last Fall I worked with Mandee on photographing all of her Spring Collection. Quite a task that was as there were over 200 pieces to photograph. After wrapping that we decided to do a fun little HAPPY NEW YEAR photo shoot for her and the great girls that work with her. (and how could we leave her sweet daughter OLIVIA out of the mix?) Here are a few of my favorite shots from that session. (OH and I have to show off some of her jewels below).
