This time of day is what photographers call the ‘magic hour’. (the first and last hour of sunlight during the day). I simply love this light and was thrilled to catch this photo and many more of this little girl. For those of you who ask me about when is the best time to shoot…well…this is it! It might be breakfast or dinner time for your kids but I assure you it’s well worth working a shoot around. 
By the way – I have a slight obsession with camera tilt. I’m working on controlling that a bit. But until then you might want to go ahead and expect a few ‘off angled’ photos from me. As I understand it, not everyone loves the tilt look as much as I do!
